Course Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are these classes refundable or sharable?

    All recorded online classes are non-refundable and non-sharable for individuals. I've developed these materials over 14+ years, and your support is truly appreciated! If you know someone who wants to take a class and is unable to afford it, please encourage them to email a request for a discount or scholarship. :)

  • What if I have technical difficulties?

    Check your Internet speed (#1 problem), refresh your browser or change browsers (#2 problem), or refresh your computer and try again. Consider accessing your course from a more powerful device for better performance. If you try all these things and still get stuck, email Staci at [email protected] and I will do my best to trouble-shoot with you.

  • Do you have discounts?

    Discounts are available for new classes and occasional specials to my Best Practices for Professionals email list. Sign up below on this page footer where you see the "Join Email List" link for early course release information and future discount offers. :)

  • Why don't you include more content on gender non-binary people, transgender people, or men?

    I have an amazing interview with a lesbian field expert, Elizabeth Ogren, in the ethics course. She adds key content related to this population, and in each other class I offer resources and referrals to other experts. I am most focused on my area of most experience, cisgender heterosexual women, even as I long for more resources for LBTQX and gender non-binary individuals and groups.   • Are these classes eligible for CE Credits?

    No, CE credits are not available for these classes.

  • Why doesn't my class show "100% completed"? I have completed everything!

    Review your course and make sure for each section and module, you've clicked the "COMPLETE & CONTINUE" button.
